The BOLO Program was launched in 2018 to draw attention to fugitives on its top 25 list. Most of them are wanted for murder. The list was last updated in October 2025. Currently, six Toronto suspects are on the list with two of them arrested. A total of five suspects on the list have been taken into custody.
The top suspect on the list was Bryan Fuentes Gramajo , of Longueuil, Que., sought on a Canada-wide warrant for a deadly shooting at Yorkdale Shopping Centre in North York on July 17, 2025.
