St. Cloud State rolls to sweep over Beavers at U.S. Bank Stadium

Mar. 16—MINNEAPOLIS — Two NSIC teams met at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis on Saturday for a two-game series.

St. Cloud State swept the Bemidji State baseball team by scores of 15-1 in seven innings and 10-5. Sunday's series finale was canceled. The Beavers were listed as the home team in the series and are now 2-6 in conference play (5-13 overall).

BSu mustered just four singles in the 15-1 defeat. Wilmis Castro homered for the Huskies, while Nick Ibrahim and Hayden Drank tripled.

Beau Thoma and Hudson Filippi went yard for Bemidji State in Game 2. Adrian Falcon also doubled.
