Neto free to face PSG after avoiding UEFA punishment

Chelsea winger Pedro Neto is available to face Paris Saint-Germain tomorrow after avoiding UEFA punishment, following an altercation with a ball boy during the first leg last week.
Neto pushed a ball boy as frustrations grew during Chelsea’s defeat to PSG in the first leg of their Champions League last-16 tie at the Parc des Princes.

The Portugal international was at risk of suspension, but UEFA have instead decided to ‘warn’ Neto over unsporting conduct.
Speaking to the media on Monday, Chelsea coach Liam Rosenior backed the decision: “He’s a fantastic player, he has apologised for the incident and I think Uefa have made the right decision.”
Chelsea trail 5-2 on aggregate ahead of the clash at Stamford Bridge, as the West Londoners look to mount a comeback against the holders. Just four teams have ever previously recovered a Champions League tie after losing the first leg by three or more goals.
